BAE Systems Australia: Organisational Resilience Workshop – Sydney
As part of its Global Access Program (GAP), BAE Systems Australia will deliver the
“Organisational Resilience: Be ready – your plan for when it all hits the fan!” workshop in
Sydney.
This one-day workshop is designed to help Australian businesses manage disruption through
business continuity and resilience planning.
Drawing on insights from BAE Systems supplier assessments and real-world scenarios, the workshop focuses on strengthening organisational resilience through applied learning.
The workshop will cover key areas including:
• Business resilience trends and supplier insights
• Decision-making under pressure and crisis response
• Development of business continuity frameworks
• Application through real-world case studies
Participants will receive access to practical tools, templates and resources to support
implementation within their organisations. The session is supported by BAE Systems business
continuity practitioners and the supplier development team.
The workshop is free for Australian businesses.
Organisations are encouraged to nominate two to three participants responsible for business
continuity or operational risk.
