The program is a continuation of the highly successful Lean Manufacturing Pilot and supports small to medium-sized manufacturers across regional NSW by identifying ways to improve operations, strengthen skills and boost long-term competitiveness.
Successful applicants will receive an audit of their business to identify the requirements and potential costs to introduce continuous improvement, driving efficiency and productivity. Audits will focus on opportunities to improve operations using lean principles.
Applications will be open until 16 January 2026, however funding will be given to eligible applications in the order they are received, on a first-come, first-served basis up until all funds are used.
