Hunter Defence – and the Defence presence in the region more broadly – has experienced significant growth in the past 2 – 3 years. To help facilitate connections and demonstrate capabilities across this growing network, the Hunter Defence Conference will be bolstered by the inclusion of an exhibition component in 2022.

If you are a Hunter-based SME looking to enter the Defence market, build your existing profile, or showcase a new offering, the exhibition is for you.

To make exhibiting easy and accessible to as many SMEs as possible, a simple ‘table format’ approach has been adopted, across three zones adjacent to the conference space.

EXHIBITION TABLE = $3,750

Single exhibition table
Table space includes 2 x seats, access to power and full creative licence to utilise the space
Each table will have a QR code generated for exhibitors to link to their website and/or provide delegates with contact details
- Price includes full conference package for one (1) nominated delegate
Bump in from 3pm - 6pm Tuesday, August 30
Bump out to be completed by 5pm, Friday, September 2

There are a total of 30 exhibition tables available and Hunter Defence will allocate tables to ensure the most effective layout of the spaces available. Exhibitors may book multiple tables and customised spaces are possible on request.
