OVERVIEW
Established in 1981, HVTC is an expert in the recruitment and management of apprentices and trainees. As a Group Training Organisation we partner with businesses in any industry or occupation to address their immediate or long-term skills needs through the employment of an apprentice or trainee. The employee is then hosted to the business for the practical on-the-job experience while we manage all the contractual and training arrangements. If circumstances change we can rotate the apprentice to another host, ensuring greater flexibility for employers while maintaining our strong record of completion.
