Be part of AUSTRALIA’S LEADING REGIONAL DEFENCE EVENT and meet the people who are meeting the challenges of a rapidly evolving defence landscape.
The Hunter Defence Conference attracts over 220 delegates and keynote speakers from the defence sector nationally. It is unique within regional Australia and key to promoting regional defence industry capability – presenting a strong and unified voice that is heard throughout NSW industry, the NSW Government, nationally, and importantly, by Federal Government representatives.
The Hunter Defence Taskforce is excited to have expanded and enhanced the HDC2024 agenda, with new speakers and session formats.
We have added more opportunities to hear directly from SMEs working with Defence and Primes, with increased SME presentations and panel discussions across the two-day event.
The revised agenda includes additional Q&A sessions and new small-scale roundtable discussions enabling delegates to interact directly with our speakers from Government, Defence Leaders and Primes.
New sessions have been added around the technology trends impacting the Defence sector.
The latest on Defence funding options will be covered, with updates from both CASG and ODIS.
We have expanded the networking opportunities with extended breaks, welcome drinks and the very popular Gala Dinner.
