DIN – Sandpit Workshop 2022

DIN Sandpit workshop brings together Defence, industry and NSW researchers to identify major defence problems for DIN Pilot Projects.
These problems will be then challenged by the expert audience during the workshop and will form the basis of the call for proposals through the DIN Pilot Project grants.
Attendees will have an opportunity to understand the problems better, connect with like-minded people and find collaborators for their projects.

- Subsurface physiological monitoring system for military divers
- System to predict failures of unmanned aerial vehicles

Who can attend
The event is open to academics from the DIN member universities, industry and Defence representatives interested in participating in the DIN Pilot Projects. This event will be held virtually and teleconferencing details will be provided to attendees after the registration close date.
Registration closes at 5 PM, Tuesday 22 March 2022.
DIN reserves the right to decline admission to individuals with no expertise or a clear link to defence projects and advertised research areas.
